WHAT GUARANTEE DOES EROTIKK JEWELLERY COME WITH? 

All EROTIKK jewellery comes standard with a 'lifetime guarantee' - it really is as simple as that, we create this jewellery to stay with you for life so it is guaranteed for life. If you ever have any issues with your jewellery then simply email happytohelp@erotikk.co so we can help. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?

Here it is... 

Most jewellery companies offering custom work will not allow a refund/return policy, us on the other hand... we believe that if you resonated with the brands message and liked the look of the art online, you are just going to love it more in real life.

We are that sure that you will love your new piece that we do allow a 1 week exchange or return period on all custom pieces from our classics range should that not be the case (as long as they come back in brand new condition)

WHEN WILL MY NEW PIECE SHOW UP?

We ship worldwide. All EROTIKK Jewellery is made to order by artisan craftsmen. Due to the handmade nature of our products, your order may take from 1-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 7-10 business days. Please email happytohelp@erotikk.co if you have an urgent shipping request and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout.

Erotikk ships all products with reputable couriers, delivery times vary dependent on location.

U.K approx 3-5 days

EUROPE approx 5-7 days

REST OF THE WORLD approx 5-10 days

Please keep in mind that during the busiest periods of the year, Christmas etc… there may be delays in shipping that are outside of our control.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please email happytohelp@erotikk.co as soon as possible and as long as the item hasn't already been dispatched we will rectify this issue at the warehouse.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages.

EROTIKK will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties that apply to your own country. 

 

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY? 

We suggest removing EROTIKK pieces if excessive exercising, showering and swimming and where possible avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products etc.

But hey, it’s jewellery after all and it’s there to be worn.

Platings will wear over time but we have gone above the industry standard and made the plating thicker, meaning it is designed to last.

Also, silver will tarnish over time but can be fixed with a quick polish with a polishing cloth and will be looking as good as new.

Solid gold jewellery will want a polish up after a while.

Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, and jewellery cleaners; to clean your jewellery, we are not responsible for the maintenance of your piece.

If your jewellery is not being worn be sure to put them away on a soft surface, avoiding other jewellery and metals.

 

INFORMATION ON ALLERGIES? 

We use the highest quality materials that are tested for allergens here in the U.K, if you usually wear Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery there should not be any issues.
